The UX Inner Circle is a combination of monthly live teaching (Zoom) and 150+ on-demand videos by UX Leader and Master Trainer Frank Spillers, MS. The live events combine peer learning with engaging activities using Break Out rooms. Members can access a digital library of recorded webinars, Masterclasses, and workshops on their personal computer or tablet. A Slack group and community groups are available for discussions and questions between monthly meet-ups, called Masterclasses.
The UX Inner Circle Masterclass is a monthly regular meet-up with a presentation on a relevant topic lasting 3 hours. It is free with your monthly membership. Workshops are infrequent (eg. every few months) and can be 3, 6 or 9 hours in length over multiple sessions. Workshops are typically more hands-on and dive deeper into subject matter and mastery of the topic.
***Membership includes access to Frank Spillers directly and his latest thinking and practical approaches to existing and emerging UX and Service Design topics. Topics include Inclusive Design, VR/AR Design, Ethnographic interviews; Personas; User Journey mapping; Accessibility; Emotion Design; Cross-cultural design; Agile/ Lean UX, and UX Management.
